Hi, i have staff member, with limited MYOB access, who cannot login in to my.myob.
The error message is: the login details does not have access to my.myob......
But under her user access, she is ticked " this user will sign on with a my.myob account."
she has no trouble logging into myob and working, just the my.myob
any suggestions please?

Thanks for reply, i am actually trying to get them to access my.myob for its training program, community forum, help features to better their knowledge on the product,

Once you set up a user with their access to MYOB, they'll be able to dive into both the Community Forum and Academy. No need for access to the my.MYOB page for these activities. The my.MYOB page is really just for admins to manage users. They can create an account by either signing up with their email and password or logging in using their existing MYOB login details.
