MYOB Backup states file has never been backed up

Good morning

 

I've just backed up our myob files yesterday but still getting these messages that it's either never been backed up of the last backup was so many days ago, can you please advise how we can fix this?

    Hi 611518607061,

     

    At the moment, there isn't a permanent fix for the backup date issue, but I've flagged your account as affected. Our team is aware of the issue and working on it, and we'll keep you updated as soon as there's any progress.

    Thanks for your post. We are aware that the number of days since the last backup is not updating and are actively working on a solution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but rest assured that we will post an update once this issue is fixed. If you have taken a backup and can see where it has been saved, you can safely ignore that message for now.

    Looking for a solution to the exact same problem with the backup dates not being correct. Is there a solution for this problem yet?

    There's no fix yet for the issue where the backup date isn't updating, but no worries— I've added your account to the list of affected users. As soon as it's resolved, you'll receive an email update from us.
