To change the ownership of an MYOB file, we need to communicate with the Primary contact or the Owner of the account. I'll send you a Change of Details form via email. Hi There - I know that you posted this two years ago.. just wondering if you had success? Currently trying to get old accountant to sign over file but not getting anywhere. I am the business owner, but not the MYOB file owner.

You are testing my memory but this does stick in my mind.  

I did get it resolved but no thanks to MYOB who were hopeless and took way too long to respond. Rather embarrassingly the only solution was to pay a fee to the old accountant.

I have since moved the client, along with all my other clients, exclusively to Xero.

Thank you - I appreciate the reply. Not having a direct phone line makes it very difficult to report issues, and get any kind of result in a timely manner
