Regarding your concern, we do recommend checking on the email address associated with your account that you are using when you log in. To better assist you with this, you can send us the screenshot of the page that appears on your screen after you enter the email address so we can further investigate. And may I know if you have already tried to clear your AccountRight Cache? We also recommend uninstalling and re-installing AccountRight on your computer.
