Unable to access my.myob to administer Australian company files

Hi.

 

I administer online access for a number of company files, some in AU and one in NZ.

 

When I try to access my.myob.com.au, I receive a message that states "Unable to proceed to my.MYOB. Your account is not for MYOB Australia Pty Ltd". I can log in to my.myob.co.nz to administer access to the New Zealand company file.

 

Access via the desktop app to all relevant company files isn't affected, but I need to modify online access to the company file.

    Hi BDM_GTE,

     

    Please make sure that you're using the right email address for the file that you're trying to access. You can also access your file by logging in to app.myob.com. If you're still having issues, please contact our phone support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a support case via MyAccount.
