Unable to confirm a 19.9 company file
Hello,
After identifying the upcoming end-of-life changes that will render our AR19.9 database unusable after 28 February 2026, we submitted a copy of our company file for upgrade to AR2025 so that we could assess its suitability for our future business requirements.
In the meantime, we have continued to process our live transactions in the AR19.9 database.
Recently, we were prompted to confirm our AR19.9 company file. However, when following the instructions at https://confirmation.myob.com/confirm, the generated confirmation code produces an error message stating: “An invalid Confirmation Code has been entered.”
As it is not yet practical for us to begin using AR2025 for live processing, we urgently need to have our AR19.9 file confirmed.
I have noticed that both our AR2025 test file and our live AR19.9 file are associated with the same serial number, and I am wondering if this may be contributing to the issue.
Please advise who we should contact to resolve this as soon as possible?
