Unable to confirm company file - Help!!

Hi, 

 

The desktop version required to confirm company file again. Please kindly help. it is urgent.

    Hi digiroad,

     

    If you can't activate or confirm your AccountRight by phone anymore, you can upgrade to the latest version here: Getting the latest version. That way, you'll get the latest features and updates.

     

    If you still need a licence file, you'll need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They'll be able to help you out.

    This is a repeated annual request for confirming company file or so. It did in 2023 via community MYOB Moderator. Could you help?
