Unable to confirm company file

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I am not bale to confirm my compnay file. The software I used is a old one: MYOB AccountRight Basic.

    Hi Jie,

    I had the same problem.  I contacted MYOB direct and they were able to confirm my old file over the phone. I hope this helps

      Thank you for your reply. I also called 1300 555 151 but the number is disconnected. Does MYOB have a new number to call?
