Unable to connect to online confirmation service

As of yesterday 01/01/24, I'm having problem getting my company file confirmed via online for AccountRight Standard v19.8

I have tried the manual confirmation.myob.com/  site as well as the confirmation page on my.myob.com

As you can see from my screenshots, they don't work.

From other posts, I'm guessing I'm not the only one who's having this problem.

Would appreciate it if you guys can fix this problem. Thanks.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of useful information.

     

    Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused in your business. We really appreciate your patience with this matter. We recommend uninstall then reinstalling the latest AccountRight version first> upgrade the file offline (which will take a while) then proceed on confirming it online. This will let you confirm your company file after.

    Hi Shella_A ,

     

    Reinstalling didn't do anything.

    Just to be clear, I'm having problem with Accountright Standard v19.8

    If you look at my screenshots, it's the myob confirmation server that's not responding.. not the software problem

    You helped me out in 2019 when MYOB pulled a similar stunt with Windows 10 update gimmick

     

    Something seems to be wrong with the link (showing 403 error) but I'll check it out later.

  • I couldn't find a way to upgrade "offline". When click upgrade, it requires you to have an online account to go online. 

     

    please let me know how to upgrade "offline".
