Unable to invite a new online user

Good morning

 

We are trying to invite a new online user and have the message - The request could not be processed please contact MYOB for assistance.

 

Can someone please help.

    Hi JaneyP

     

    I see you’re having trouble inviting an online user to your file. This usually happens due to the email used for the invite. Try logging in as an administrator and redoing the invite process. That should stop the error message.

     

    If you’re still seeing the error, you can reach out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website, or request support via your account at myob.com. If MOCA can't help, you'll be directed to our live chat team.

    Thanks for your reply, it is our administrator who is having this issue. I really want to talk to someone but the 0800 606 962 number is not connecting.

    Hi JaneyP,

     

    You're welcome! I see that it is your administrator who's having issue with inviting an online user. You can check the link here for more information with inviting a new file user. If the administrator still can't invite a user, it is worth checking the email address they're using when logging in and when inviting a new user. Also, as mentioned by Genreve above that if the persists, you can reach out to virtual help MOCA through myob.com/support for any queries or assistance you might need. If MOCA was not able to answer your query, it will then escalate you to live chat for further assistance.
