Bank feed for new credit card - Banking Hub error

Hi

I'm trying to set up a new bank feed for a credit card. When I click Banking then Banking Hub I get the something went wrong error message. I've tried refreshing but it is still the same.

 

The current bank feeds I have set up are working as normal.

 

Any ideas?

    I am also having the same problem. I have been back and forward with MYOB and they've tried to fix it several times since the 18/03. On Friday this was their email reply, but I still haven't heard back.
