can not download bank files

i did not changes any thing but when i using the 

Prepare electronic payments 

keeps showing 

The payment details for one or more of the employees you have selected are missing. Please update these details.
Please select at least one transaction to include in the bank file.

 

i have check all my employees details they all in there and not being changed . i trid download bank file one by one still not working .

  • Hi Josephzhang and nwplumbing,

     

    Currently, we haven't received any reports about issues downloading ABA files. Since you've confirmed that none of the details have been changed, try clearing your browser's cache first to see if that helps. 

     

    If that doesn't do the trick, start by selecting or deselecting one contact at a time and press the "Download bank file" button. If you get an error again, it means that the payment details of the selected contact(s) need checking. If you see the confirmation warning window, then those selected contacts are all good! Keep repeating this until you find which contacts are causing the error. Hope this helps!

  • I spoke with MYOB and there IS an issue with p[ayroll. they suggest doing manual payments if only a few clients. or else best ring them. they assured me it will not affect next week payroll only this payroll downloading bank file

    yes .there must something wrong with MYOB system . i have tried everything i can still not work. no way this is our problem we did not change any setting on our side. i just paid all my staff manually. hope they can fix this problem before next payday.

    Hi Josephzhang,

     

    We had an issue yesterday with the pay run preparation, which might have also affected the process of downloading the bank file, but we're not entirely sure if that's the case. However, rest assured, the issue was resolved on the same day. If you're still having trouble downloading the bank file after following the steps I provided, you might have to manually pay your employees as our support team suggested. Thanks for your patience.

  • i am having the same issue as well, i have even tried and re-enter all the employee's bank details but still showing the same pop up message as well...

    Hi jalconhomes,

     

    The issue with payroll when preparing pay runs yesterday has already been fixed. Since you're still having trouble creating the bank file even after re-entering the employees' bank details, here are a couple of things to test:

     

    • Clear your browser cache and then prepare the bank file again.
    • If it's still not working, you can manually pay your employees in the meantime, so they don't experience any delays.

     

    If this doesn't do the trick, it's best to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, so they can guide you through the next steps.

  • have clear the browser but still not fixing the issue.

    MOCA is not very easy to use - any other way I can reach the support team??
