Hi I am trying to create a custom invoice template, 2 things - system is only recording the gst number as a number on the invoice - should be GST 11-111-111 looks like this 11111111 without gaps or recording the words GST number ? Also when I try to save this it will not allow me and has an error message - An unrecognised error occurred - FormTemplateSettings_BusinessDetailsOptionNotExists

Kindly attach a screenshot of the invoice you're trying to customise where we can see the GST number showing as number only. However, in MYOB Business, customising template invoice has very limited features.
Regarding the error message received when saving the customised template, please steps below to correct the situation:
To save the template without a GST number, De-select the "GST number" option under Header information - Your business details.
