Read only user in business pro

Yes, you can indeed set up a user with read-only access in the MYOB Business Pro version. When you invite a user to your MYOB business, once they're invited, you can change their access level to read only later.

sorry I am a bit confusing. I have got different answer from my another post. I have been told business pro cannot set up read only users?Attached.

I apologize for the confusion. Upon further investigation, it appears that the option to set up a user as read-only is indeed not available in MYOB Business Pro. This feature is currently only available in AccountRight. I regret the incorrect information provided in my first response. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
