Update stuff up

Since the update it has changed my financial year to 22/23, I also cannot reconcile now because it is putting everything into undeposited funds (which I cannot move it out of) after three days on the phone with MYOB still no fix, its doing my head in.

    Sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced since the update. But no worries, we've got your back. If funds are stuck in 'undeposited funds', you could try moving balances across ledgers. You can do this by processing a transfer or recording a journal entry. Sometimes that can sort things out. However, it is always recommended to consult with your accountant before making these kinds of changes to your accounts.

     

    If neither of these scenarios apply, you may need to visit help sites like myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com to find MOCA, our virtual assistant. Use MOCA for immediate queries and assistance. If MOCA can't help, you'll be automatically directed to our live chat team.
