Users not showing

I use Business Pro and not all users are showing under settings > users & permissions. If I tick the box for show inactive it does not change the display i.e it does not show inactive users, just the active ones. 

How can I see list of ALL users for our file?

    Hi CAC1,

    This situation is unusual, particularly when the file's Administrator is encountering this issue. Troubleshooting steps may be necessary. I recommend clearing your browser's cache and history, or trying to log in using a different browser. If the issue persists, make sure to reach out to our team directly.     Hi Adrian,

    If ticking “Show inactive” isn’t displaying all users, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Also, ensure you have full admin access (Administrator, Owner, or Online Admin role) since only the users with full admin access can view all users including the inactive ones.

    If it still doesn’t work, it’s best to contact MYOB support to check for a system issue.
