Asking employee to sign in to the App every

Team App on iphone is asking the employee to sign in with user name and password every time.

 

Phone is up to date and employee has deleted the app and reinstalled it several times but to no avail.

 

Ideas??

    Hey Max8,

     

    It's completely normal for the MYOB Team app to ask for a username and password each time it's used. This is a standard security measure to ensure that only authorised users can access the app. In addition, there have been no reported issues regarding the login process for the MYOB Team app. If there is, you can check our status hub for any updates.

    If this is the case why does it allow a 4 digit passcode?

    Hi smartie,

    When using the MYOB Team app, you only need to use your email and password to log in. There is no need to input the Authenticator code or use two-factor authentication (2FA).

    Let me clarify - the employee was using the Team app perfectly fine and was logging in with their 4 digit passcode.

    Then this stopped working - and now asking the employee to put his email and password in every time they needed to log in and out of Teams.

    Their iphone is up to date, they have uninstalled the teams app several times but it continue to ask them for log in details instead of the 4 digit passcode.

    It's important to note that the Teams app doesn't support a 4-digit passcode for login. Instead, it relies on email and password credentials.

    Are you kidding me..... all the other employees are logging in and out with a passcode!

    Can someone actually reply that knows what they are talking about!
