Can't create super payment

Yet another ridiculous MYOB issue....

 

I cannot create a super payment despite having been able to do so since the introduction of the service.

 

I click on Super Payments within the payroll menu and get taken to the super payments login screen. I enter my credentials and the details of past super payments are displayed but the following banned is displayed and can't create a new payment.

I go to the Pay Super Settings and the following is displayed.

I am the application owner, there is only one other user who hasn't got access to Super payments.

 

I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge, cleared the caches on all 3 without success.

 

Please have the courtesy to call or email rather than just using this ridiculous excuse for a support system.

    This situation is getting to critical importance. I need to lodge our superannuation payments so that they reach the super funds prior to 30 June. It has been 6 days since there has been any communication from MYOB.

    How do I get a resolution this issue?

    I totally get how annoying this Super Payments issue can be. You've done a great job trying to fix it yourself. We've made some adjustments to your file in the background. I'd recommend logging out, refreshing your browser, then logging back in. After that, try to process the super payment again. You should be able to do it without any problems. Keep me posted on how it goes and if you need any more help.

        Hi SteveGriffin,

         

        Thanks for letting me know that the previous action did not work on your issue. I'm glad to assist you further with this. This time, I would recommend doing the following steps:. 

         

        • Go to Payroll Settings > Superannuation Funds. Remove any duplicates and link them correctly to all employees.
        • Clear your cookies and cache, then log back in and try again.
        • If there are no duplicates or you're still having issues, unlink the superannuation funds from an employee.
        • Delete the super fund and re-enter it.
        • Relink it to the employee card to refresh the super funds if there have been any recent changes.
        • Try this for one employee first and process their SUPER.
        • If it works, do the same for the rest of the employees.

         

        These actions should let you process the super payment after. Let me know how you'd go with this and if you need further help.
