Correcting previous year payrun for inactive employee

Hi 

I want to correct a 2022 year payrun for an inactive employee (who doesn't work for the business anymore). When I create an unscheduled payrun I can only see current employee. I have unticked the inactive employee to make them active but still I can see them in the payrun. How can I correct their pay in the previous year? Thanks

    Welcome to the Community Forum. If you need to fix a pay from a previously finalized payroll year, you need to first inform the ATO that you are making a change for that year by undoing the employees' finalisation. Once you have done that then you can reverse and recreate the incorrect pay run.
