create new employee will not save

when i enter a new employees details it will not save just brings up an error message. i have restarted computer, cleared cache, tried different browser, differnet computer. still no joy.

    Also, thank you for letting us know that you already did the basic troubleshooting steps. 

    In order to check where the error is coming from, can you please attach a screenshot or let us know what is the error message when you are trying to add a new employee?

    I have tried getting in touch with MYOB but not getting any real assistance, I have tried several times to create the new employee, taking extreme care with data i put in, and making sure all data in input, but still get error messages

     ANy help appreciated as payroll is a week overdue.

    I've attempted to run a script to address the error message. Could you please confirm whether you are still experiencing difficulties when saving new employee details? To enhance the troubleshooting process, I recommend clearing your cache, logging out, and then logging back in before attempting to create a new employee.

     

    If the issue persists, please let me know so I can provide further assistance.

    Yes I still get the error messages and cannot create the new employee. I have already tried the things you said but no improvement.

    Thank you for response. 

     

    Could you please share the console log with us so that we can conduct a more thorough investigation into the error you're experiencing? To ensure the console log is up to date, we recommend creating new employee details and saving them to generate the error message before obtaining the log. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of your user access (including the roles and permissions). Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your help. When I go to User it gives me an error message.

     

    I did change user details to tick everything as MYOB support told me.

    I have attached screen shots.
