Employee Name Change

Hi,

 

One of our staff recently changed their name (first name and last name), super and tfn remain the same. 

 

How do I change this employee name? Is it simply as going to their profile and change name? Or I have to do something else?

    Hi Small_Pay79,

     

    Thanks for your post, and Welcome to the Community Forum!

     

    You just need to update the first name and last fields in their employee card. This will update their records with the ATO when you complete the next pay run for that employee.
