    Hi Rae4

    Thanks for your post.

We appreciate your patience with this and we're sorry if you're having trouble doing the pay run of your employees. We suggest trying to do the pay run batch by batch if you have plenty of employees and see if we can do it without getting any error message. For example, do a pay run for the first 5 employees. Do let us know how it goes.

    Cheers,

    Shella

Prior to 23/11/2023 we were able to send one batch. The number of pays was always around 77-90. This took about 1 minute to process and get ready for payment. However now we have to send at least 6 batches, check that the batches tally, ensure that any adjustments made directly via the payrun batch and not the timesheets are correct, run a hit an miss attempt as to whether the batch will accept the # of pays, altogether we spend an xtra 45-60 minutes to do this part of the process. Please advise why we are not able to process one batch, is anyone else experiencing this problem and can it be recitifed. Running several batches is not the solution given that most batches  only allow up to 20-22 pays. Appreciate a quick response. Thank you.
