Error message when trying to record and report a pay run

Has anybody else received the above error message, if so how did you resolve, many thanks

    Hi TWL,

     

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of useful information.

     

    We're sorry to know that you’re getting an error when processing pay run. Regarding this, we suggest you open the employee records and open the payroll details section. Open the leave tab and click save. This updates the background information to allow the pays to be recorded. If you still receive the same error after clicking save on the leave tab, clear the cache on the browser. 

     

    Do let us know how it goes.

    Thank you for your patience regarding the pay run issues you've encountered and my apologies for the late response.
     
    To troubleshoot this, we recommend attempting the pay run in smaller batches. For instance, try processing the pay run for the first 5 employees separately to see if this helps avoid any error messages.
