Jon numbers and names on employee payslips.

Hi,

I am trying to add job numbers and job names to employee payslips as some employees work on multiple sites and need to differentiate the hours worked on each job.

Is there any way to add this into payslips?

If this is required for payslips only, what you could try is creating appropriately named payroll categories, for example Hours Site 1, Hours Site 2 etc. Use whatever description you want to appear on the payslip. This will then show hours and gross per Site 1 Site 2 etc. I suspect this is the only way to show this on a payslip.

    Hi Husst3214

Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

When doing pay run, you will have an option to add jobs so that it will be allocated respectively for each job. However, once pay run is processed, the jobs you added will not show up on pay slips. I would highly suggest to check the Job activity report so that you can track or differentiate the amount worked on each job. Kindly check The Help Articles Job reports and Jobs as it will provide you with further information.

Regarding the feature that job numbers and job names will show up on pay slips, since it is not yet available, your ideas and feedback are greatly appreciated. I encourage you to please take a moment to post on the MYOB Business Ideas Exchange board for consideration.
