MYOB Teams Timesheets

We have just started using MYOB Team app. We are a manufacturing business and I need the employees to capture their time for each job they do. They may do several jobs a day. After researching through this community help I have discovered that Job, Activity and Customer fields do not work and haven't for years but I have found a way I can get it to work for my business while MYOB work on the issue which I am sure they are doing...........

 

The staff are doing several entries a day. They may work on a couple of jobs a day. They put in the date, the start and stop time and in the Notes they put the job number they are working on. They then hit submit and then do another entry for the next job they are working on.

 

The only thing that I am getting is the last job they are working on. It seems to just over right the previous entry. On the screen on the app, it shows several jobs for the day. On the portal for me to approve it only shows the last entry for the day.

 

If I do the entry for them on the portal it does not give me an option to put in a note - also annoying.
