New Staff OnBoarding

I have sent 5 onboarding to new staff yesterday however none of them has created a new employee card.   4 in one company & 1 in another. Why does this happen.   When I check the "View Pending Invites" none appear although I should still have a couple of older ones waiting on completion.   I did the MYOB update yesterday prior to sending these invites.    Do I now need to resend?

    Hi Carmen4 

     

    That definitely sounds odd. If they are not showing under the "View pending invites", that is implying the invite was never actually sent, and thus the employee card would not be created.

     

    If you could please try to send one of those invites again and see if they appear in the "Pending invite list". If you are still experiencing issues, then please let me know and I'll work with you to investigate further.

    Invites were definetly sent as I have received notifications from MYOB that they have completed.  This is why I found this issue.   I have rechecked the View Invites and some are now appearng but others are not.
