No employee name on payslip.pdf or email message

My client's payroll file has just been transferred from MYOB Essentials to MYOB Business. I prepare the payroll for my client and all payslips are emailed to her. When she receives them now she has to open each one to find out whose it is. There is no employee name in the email message and each attachment has the same name, ''PaySlip.pdf''. (In Essentials Payroll the email message had the employee's name in it and the .pdf was named and had the pay run date.) Could we have that functionality restored please?

    Thank you for your post.

     

    All pay slips that was sent to employees under MYOB Business is set into a default pdf name which is “Payslip.pdf”. As along as we put their emails correctly under employee details each of the pay slips will be sent to the right employee. As of now MYOB Business don’t have a feature to customize each name or change the default name of the emailed pay slips, however rest assured that we will be raising this suggestion to our developer team.
