Pay super status - "payment processing"

Pay super payment deducted from bank account on 14th April 2025.

Status still showing as "processing payment" on 22/4/25.

Super Administrator confirms status as same with her login.

This is a new client and her faith in the software is wavering as she does not have confidence that the super payments are being received by the super funds before the 28th Quarter. She has made 2 pay super transactions and this has happened both times.

    Hi Denise_Cimarosti,

     

    Totally get that your client wants peace of mind when it comes to super. With the 28th of April creeping up, it's fair she's wanting to know those payments are landing where they should. While it's totally normal for Pay Super to take around 5 business days, sometimes it can stretch out to 10 business days, especially if there's a public holiday or extra checks happening behind the scenes. Since the payment went out on the 14th of April, the 22nd's still within that window— but it's getting close. If it's still sitting in Processing Payment after the 24th of April, that's the cue to reach out to our Pay Super team directly so they can give it a proper once-over. I'll be sending you a private message on how you can contact the Pay Super team.
