Pay Superannuation threshold issue

I have a message which reads: "There is an issue with Pay Superannuation threshold. Please contact our Live Chat support team for assistance."

I have tried unsuccessfully to do that but am not seeing the LiveChat button. We are not currently using MYOB's Pay Super anyway. (We do it through our own Super Fund clearing house.)

Are there good reasonsd to change to MYOB?

If not, do we just ignore the message?

    Hi Fabrication 

     

    Thank you for your post. Regarding on your concern, you can ignore the message to continue paying super using the Super Fund clearing house.

    You can also used the Pay Super in MYOB, this Help Article, Pay Super has the detailed instruction to assist you with this.
