PAYG is not appearing

Hi

 

I processed an employee for our pay run but no PAYG was calculated. I've checked previous posts here and confirm that the employee card settings are okay. 

 

Could you please help to fix this?

    Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. 

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your PAYG not calculating for your pay runs. Generally, PAYG is set from the Pay Items instead of the employee card. I recommend checking all the Pay Items connected to the employee to see if those pay items are set as tax exempt.
