Payroll Activity, Payroll Register do not match YTD is incorrect.

Hi Community,

New to this and my first post.

I'm having difficulty rectifying an anomaly.

The Payroll Activity(correct) and Payroll Register(incorrect) do not match. The Employee's YTD on their payslip is also incorrect.

The Employees YTD on the first payslip was in negative. Since then the YTD has been incorrect.

I can not manually adjust the employees payslips in "Payroll Details" -> "Pay History" as the year-to-date adjustment is only for the current financial year.

I need this rectified so I can submit STP for 23/24.

Please help!

    Hey Ashmash,

Since the Payroll Activity report is spot on, all recorded pay runs are good to go. However, a mismatch in the Payroll Register means a manual adjustment was made to the employee's pay history. Once you've processed a pay run in the current financial year, you won't be able to tweak the pay history for the previous year. A fix is needed to get the pay history and YTD figures back on track. To get this sorted for your STP submission, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, and they'll be able to run the fix for you.

    Cheers,

    Doreen

  • Hi Doreen_P ,

Can you please provide some guidance?

    Hi Ashmash,

Sorting this out needs the expertise of our awesome support team to run a script. If our virtual assistant isn't hitting the mark, just type "get help from a support agent" and you'll get a link to chat with our live agents. You can also ring them up directly or raise a support case via MyAccount. Start by checking out this link, and they'll have you back on track in no time.

    Cheers,
