Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

If you wish to untick the 57A box under the EOFY Finalisation tab, you may need to check if it's already finalised. If yes, kindly undo the finalisation and then delete the amount entered in the 57A box. This will allow you to untick the Enable RFBA box. To do this, go to Singe Touch Payroll reporting > EOFY Finalisation.

I think we have found a solution now...it seems not every user has the same permissions which I believe was the issue.
