Payslips error

I am having trouble emailing payslips to employees.  Never had a problem before.  It is coming up with a message "Response status code does not indicate sucess: 401 (Unauthorised)".  Should this be something to do with our computer protection/security?

    I can not email payslips - error 401 unauthorised access.  Never had a problem before.  Palmerston North NZ

    I am having the EXACT same problem, payslips won't email, this is the first time it's happened.  Am getting the same error message.  No idea why.  Can anyone suggest/help please?  

  • I am exact same, ive tried everything so must be MYOB issue. Same note coming up as well: Response status code does not indicate success: 401 (Unauthorized)
