Hi guys, a guy has finished up with me a few months back, fair work have hit me with an infringement notice on his statement of me not issuing a final payslip.
we processed it and assumed it was sent like every other payslip befure that.
How do I find out if the payslip was sent from my end?

Having a look into your account using your email registered here in the community forum I can see that you're using MYOB Business Pro. You can use payroll reports to keep track of what you've paid to your employees. In your case, if you're looking for a specific employee's pay slip, you can access it by going to the Payroll menu >> Payrun. In this section, you can see the lists of pay runs you've processed and their pay slips. Kindly refer to this Help article for further information about pay runs and pay slips.

im actually wondering is there a way to prove if the payslip has been sent to the employee?
from my end.
I can see a tick there - meaning it's sent, but he's telling fair work he never got it?
Im saying it's been sent but Fair work are telling me to prove it - a paper trail,
but I need to know how to get the proof it was sent?
I know where to find all the payslips and copies of them etc.
Would you know this?

Due to product limitations, there’s no feature yet that can provide information on when the pay slip was sent or a field that can provide a record of the sent pay slips. However, I'll have this concern passed on to the relevant team. In the meantime, you can provide screenshots of the pay slip emailed being ticked, the pay slip information itself, and if you've linked Outlook when sending email, I suggest checking the outbox to see if it has the sent pay slip.
