Reconciliation issue - wrong account added

I was reconciling my accounts and i have noticed a super payment allocation error. I use the super portal to make all my super payments but i seem to have mistakenly allocated a super payment against the wrong account. The money came out of the correct account but my "cheque account" is now out of balance as it is saying the super payment came out of there but it physically came out of the "super account", how can i fix this, do i do a "transfer" from one account to the other?

    Hey Tyrelady,

     

    Nice spot catching that super mix up. Since the payment came out of the right account but was accidentally allocated to wrong one, the best fix is to record transfer money between the accounts to straighten things up. No dramas— here's a handy link with all the details on how to do it.
