STP EOFY

Hi there

Reconciling my STP with my payroll activity and register and there is an error with STP not matching. 

I have lodged 2 terminations in May and can they have been lodged on my STP, however it is not reflecting on my EOFY totals with STP.

Is there a way to rectify this?  Do I try a zero payrun to see if this rectifies these 2 missing payruns and to get it to match. Or do I have to contact ATO?

About to complete my final payrun for the FY tomorrow and want to get onto this asap.
