Super payment
How long does it take for a super payment to process? I did it last week and it still says "Processing Payment"

Thank you for your post.
Super payments generally take around 5 days to process and sent to their respective funds, however, we do recommend allowing up to 10 days due to processing delays before the payment changes to 'Completed'.
If the super payment has not changed status, please let us know so we can look into that for you.
