super payments

new employee has nominated super sa select as super fund,

but MYOB says "this fund can no longer receive contributions from Pay Super "

what now ?

    Hi kensi,

     

    That message usually pops up when there's a hiccup registering the SMSF. Just checking, was the fund created within the last 48 hours? If so, it could be that some of the info entered for the fund isn't quite matching up yet, or SuperChoice (our super clearing portal) hasn't validated it properly. If all the details look spot on, try deleting and re-adding the fund, then just re-select it in the employee's card.

     

    If it's been more than 48 hours and the error's still hanging around, best to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can take a closer look and sort it out for you.
