Superannuation Payments

I processed the superannuation payment for Dec quarter in Jan and I notice now its still showing as processing payment - and I have checked that the money was not taken from the account - how can I prompt this to finalise ?

    Hey HaideeV,

     

    Since your super payment from January's still showing as "Processing Payment" and no funds have come out of your account yet, it's time for our team to take a closer look. Best thing to do is flick an email over to paysuper@myob.com— they'll be able to check what's going on behind the scenes and get things moving for you.
