Unable to change employee email

I have amended an employee's email address in my records but email is still going to her old (invalid) email and are bouncing. I have checked my amendments several times and my amended records are correct

    Hi All,

     

    To update the email address in the card file, you'll need to change it in two places. First, go to the Profile tab and update the email address there. Then go to the Payroll Details tab and select the Personal Details option to update the email address again. After making these changes, please make sure to click 'OK' to save the updates.

    Thank-you. That fixed my problem. Please pass onto programmers that a field should only be required in one place
