    Hi, CarolynH14

     

    Thank you for sending the requested screenshot.

     

    Kindly check your user access to see if payroll is ticked. To do this, select your business name > Users and then select your name. If payroll is ticked, kindly clear your browser cache or try using different browser.

    I have checked my user access and cleared the browser cache, it is still not working
