why none of outstanding invoices showing in sales in MYOB but still balance show

Hi team , 

here is a thing that need your opinion:

one account of our customer need to be closed,  there is none of uppaid invocie sitting in their account, but the balance is still showing  $$$,   so would you please advise if there is anything else that I skipped it out?

    Hi,

     

    Possibility to invoice are posted with "Past" or "Future" date. Search particular customer with 10 yrs back and 10yrs forward period.

    no.....  I meant  I checked all date you suggested, which were correct. so the balance is still there .... I wonder if anything else I need check ?
