Can't download a pdf

Hello everyone, my clients cant download a pdf invoice from the invoice app from their email. Is there a technical issue happening at the moment? Thanks

    Thanks for raising this. Currently, we have no reported issues related to this. Could you confirm whether an error message appears when they attempt to download the invoice?       Hi Earl they receive the attached photo when they try to download

        Thanks for the screenshot. After checking with the team, they advised trying to open or download the invoice on another device, or resending the invoice to the customer.
