Emailing invoices issue

Hi, A client has contacted me regarding emailing invoices that are failing to send.

This has been happening yesterday and today for her.

Is this a know issue at the moment?
I couldn't find anything on the outage page regarding it.
Is anyone else having issues where the status in the Activity is "Delivery failed"?

    Hi DianneGriffin,

    Thanks for the screenshot, super helpful! Nice work checking the Status Hub, we’re not seeing any issues like this right now. If emails aren’t sending and you’re seeing “Delivery failed,” it’s usually because the address is blacklisted. No worries, our backend team can take a look for you. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
