GST won't save on template

Hi, For some reason my GST box on invoice template keeps unchecking itself and this remove the GST number from my invoices. I have tried to solve this by creating another template but to no avail. Any ideas how I can make it save

    Hi HR11,

     

    It's definitely not ideal when the GST box keeps unchecking itself especially after you've already tried creating a new template to fix it.
