Issues emailing to In Tray

I used to be able to email invoices to my in tray and now when I try I don't receive anything in the tray and no notification in my emails saying it couldn't be sent.

Wondering how I can resolve this?

    Hi there gumboots1,

     

    Since there's no notification that the email wasn't sent to In Tray, you can email invoices from Gmail or Hotmail to In Tray email. Aside from that, you can follow the steps below:

     

    • Check your Outlook outbox and see if the invoices are stuck there. 
    • If it's stuck, make sure to check your Outlook settings or any program that may block the email getting sent, such as antivirus or firewall. 

    If you still experience issues with invoices not being received to In Tray, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
