Missing Customer Payments

Hi,

A customer paid an invoice via the link that is now on our invoices, however the money has not appeared in our bank account as of yet.  The same customer paid another invoice via direct credit into our bank account and the money is there.

How long does it take for MYOB to put our money into our bank account??

It should be instantaneous!!

This is disadvantaging to sole operator businesses who rely on this money to pay their own suppliers by eom when we have not got our money yet although the customer has paid us

WHY??????????????

    Customer payments will show up depending on when the payment was made and the bank's processing cutoff time. Generally, it can take between 1 and 2 business days for the payment to appear in your bank account. We’ll email you as soon as the customer has paid the invoice, so you’ll know when to expect the money in your bank. If it takes longer than this timeframe to receive the payment, please reach out directly to our support team to check on what's causing the delay.
