Thank you for your post, and my apologies for the delay in responding back to your query.
Generally, when an email is rejected, it indicates that our email server is declining the request, possibly because the email address is on a blacklist or the recipient's email settings have flagged apps.myob.com as an unsafe sender.
To check if the email is blacklisted at our end, I'll send you a private message to gather the impacted email address. Please check your Community forum inbox for my message.
