Myob not sending emails, and failing Fails to preview PDF

After having run successfully for three months, then today MYOB is not sending invoices or quotes via email. 

When trying to preview them, then a FAILED TO PREVIEW PDF error appears. 

I have tried to review whether my template was setup incorrectly, or changed, but when I go to Edit Template then just get a spinning wheel as if it continually loading. 

Has anyone had that experience, and could suggest a resolution?

    Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issues with sending emails and failed to preview pdf error:

     

    • Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing the cache on your browser can resolve issues related to loading and previewing PDFs. Try clearing your browser cache and then attempt to preview the PDF again.
    • Try a Different Browser or Device: If clearing the cache doesn't work, try accessing MYOB on a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
    • Check for System Updates: Updates can resolve bugs and issues related to PDF generation and email sending.
