MYOB Showing incorrect information

I have two different google accounts. One is a private account and the other is for my business account.

Why is it that one one google account my MYOB shows me a different monthly income than it does when I'm on the other. What I see on my dashboard should not be affected by which google account I use. So why are they different?

  • Hi pippypip,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot, it’s odd to see those differences. MYOB doesn’t automatically merge or share info between separate Google accounts. The data you see on your dashboard is strictly based on which MYOB profile you’re logged into, each profile only shows data linked to a specific account.

To help clear this up, I recommend clearing your browser cache and making sure you’re logging in with your MYOB account each time. If the issue continues, it’s best to get in touch with our support team so we can check things on the back end. You can reach us directly via live chat through our virtual assistant MOCA, or by raising a support ticket through your MyAccount. We’ll be happy to take a closer look for you.

    Cheers,

    Princess

I Cleared the browser cache on both google accounts and now the issue seems resolved although I don't understand why this should affect it.

    Hi pippypip ,
I asked one of our teams to take a deeper look at your question.

Our best thought at the moment (if it is not resolved by cookies/cache) is that it would be due to each user having a different accounting method.

If one is on cash and one is on accrual, this would affect the numbers being presented
